We are a non-profit cooperative. This means that our true profit is measured by the success of our members: winemakers who manage to bring their wine to the shelf, to the glass, and to the audience. Every member of the co-op enjoys access to professional facilities, personal guidance, and a creative environment that fosters collaboration, learning, and mutual inspiration.

Our vision goes beyond the world of wine itself. The co-op is built on values of supporting local agriculture, encouraging regional craftsmanship, and strengthening the connection between the land, the people, and the wine. We believe that through collaborative creation and a supportive community, it is possible to ensure a sustainable future for the wine industry in the north and for Israel’s wine culture as a whole.
